Hall Rental paperwork must be turned into the Clerk or Treasure. ANY type of events listed in the Hall rental agreement that needs to be approved by the Supervisor must be done prior to reserving your spot of the calendar. Hall rental and deposit must be received before the reservation is booked in the calendar.
